Our Terms and Conditions for the rental of Hollywood Exotic Rental's cars are outlined in detail in our "Rental Agreement" which accompanies our "Rental Invoice". If you would like to request a copy of our documents, please submit your request via email to eric@rentinstyle.com or call us at (866) 431-0700 and we can send it to you via email or fax within a few hours.
Renter’s must have a valid driver's license, and carry their own car insurance policy. We DO NOT provide any sort of insurance. If a customer should crash a car, or be hit, they are 100% liable for any damage to the car to be replaced or repaired as called for by the manufacturer and body shop we use (Beverly Hills Auto body group) on record.
For each day the car is not available for rent, a fee will be assed and charged for "Loss of use". We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and or to revoke a vehicle from use during the rental period at our sole discretion if we choose at anytime.
When you reserve a car, we charge your credit card for the full amount of the rental, JUST like Travelocity.com and Orbitz.com and Priceline.com. When you rent the car, we take an additional authorization for 2.5 times the number of rental days for the full amount. This authorization is lifted after the car is returned, less damages or additional miles.
General terms are standard to the Laws for our business governed by the State of California. Non-US residents' special additions or exceptions will apply.
